If you purchased a chat reading, and your advisor did not join the chat, that means that your advisor was taken to another call/chat before your purchase was completed (this could happen as our advisors are very busy)
But dont worry! You didn’t lose your minutes! We are aware of the missing chat and we will allocate you a new chat when your advisor becomes available.
